Return Policy
At our store, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very easy return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We aim to provide the best service to our customers.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
What should you do when you receive a defective product?
If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following:
1. Send messenger or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product.
3. Once it is confirmed that the product is defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), a refund will be arranged to your original payment method.
Can I return or cancel my order if it is not a quality issue?
1. Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs.
3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
4. You will receive a refund without having to return the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we sent the wrong item or sent the wrong size/printed item.
